<#2> Subversion System Build in RHEL 6

架好了SVN Server，那Client該如何Commit / Checkout呢？
請先連結到TortoiseSVN官方網站下載並安裝，安裝完畢則可在Working Copies按滑鼠右鍵立即使用，第一次使用請點選「SVN取出」：

於彈跳視窗輸入下列訊息，輸入完畢後按下「確定」：

• 檔案庫URL：SVN Sserver IP Address
• 取出目錄：Working Copies of Client

輸入/etc/htpasswd.user所定義的account and password，輸入完畢後按下「確定」：

執行結果如下：

Working Copies內容如下：

Client How to commit to Server？
Create project folder name for aaa in Working Copies/trunk Directory
And touch text file name for aaa.txt in aaa folder：

在Working Copies按滑鼠右鍵選取「SVN送交」：

選擇此次欲commit的aaa project folder，按下「確定」：

再次出現驗證視窗，輸入/etc/htpasswd.user所定義的account and password，輸入完畢後按下「確定」，即可完成commit作業：

SVN Server可使用svn list指令確認trunk Directory狀態：

/usr/bin/svn list file:///usr/local/svn/staging/trunk

執行結果如下：

[root@Subversion ~]# /usr/bin/svn list file:///usr/local/svn/staging/trunk
aaa/

至於aaa project folder下的aaa.txt並不會執行commit，和Import / Export觀念不一樣。
當異動產生時，SVN Server會將版本編號自動遞增，此機制主要功能如下：

1. Version Control
2. Rollback

其運作原理如下圖：

故要將aaa.txt commit至SVN Server，須再執行一次「SVN送交」作業，則版本號碼將由Version 2轉變為Version 3：
